Kitchener City Guide

© Yvonne Osei 2013

A redesign of the transit maps for the city of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. This web-based project makes the master map and each individual route map free and accessible for the public to view and print at home on 8.5 x 11″ pages.

Using Illustrator, I modified and developed a base map of the city, mapping the bus routes using existing colours; creating 8.5 by 11 templates; and isolating each route and reworking them to fit the sheet. I also added a legend and a simplified time schedule. I modified the GRT logo to suite the site colours, and used WIX software to create the web site.
